1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Republish ("the Service"), operated by Stratus Labs, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Republish is a software-as-a-service platform that helps newsletter creators analyze their content performance, learn their writing voice, and generate spin-off content using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change our prices with 30 days notice.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you import or create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content as necessary to provide the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any third party's rights.

7. Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is owned by you. However, you are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Upload malicious content or code

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Kit, Beehiiv, Substack). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of those platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATUS LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
